Wawa and the Greater Northeast Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce would like to offer the J&J Vaccine to local Foodservices Workers who live or work in the City of Philadelphia.

• Day of Vaccination:
  • Bring all of your medical and prescription cards (Please make photocopies if possible).
  • There is no out-of-pocket cost for the vaccine even if you are not insured.
  • Bring your driver’s license.
  • Bring your completed Consent Form if available.
  • Wear clothing with short sleeves or wear a shirt that can give access within 2 inches of your shoulder without hindrance.
  • You must wear a mask the entire time.
  • You will be asked to wait for at least 15-minutes after receiving the vaccination.
    • If you have a history of allergic reactions, you may be asked to wait for 30-minutes after the vaccination.
  • You will receive a vaccination card at the time of your first shot with the date and manufacturer – Keep this card!
  • You will receive information for registering for V-Safe.
