Continue the joy of the Philadelphia Honey Festival by learning how to make your own leather hive neckace and matching bee pin in this workshop taught by Julie Bradley-Norton of Florance and Leah. In this workshop you will learn how to combine the timeless craft of Scherenschnitte ("little cuts" in German) and traditional leather working techniques including cutting, painting, and attaching fasteners. Julie Bradley-Norton is a local artisan in the Philadelphia area who has been working with re-purposed leathers since 2010, her company Florance and Leah named after her grandmothers was formed in 2013.
