FREE Family Friendly Fitness Class
Join Miss Lauren for a family-friendly, light yoga session inspired by nature! We'll explore yoga poses that are inspired by insects and our natural environment! Please bring your own mat, towel, or thin blanket to practice on.
What a great excuse to get out of the house and get moving than a free hour of guided activity in our Butterfly Pavilion! Don't forget to wear comfy clothes and bring some water!
These classes will be held July 1st, July 8th, July 15th, and July 22nd, each with their own theme and set of activities. No registration required.
