Edward A. Turzanski
National Security, Intelligence, Political Analyst 

Mr. Turzanski is the Philadelphia-based Foreign Policy Research Institute Templeton Fellow and co-chair of its Center for the Study of Terrorism.  He is a Professor of Political Science and History at La Salle University in Philadelphia, and a Senior Scholar with the American Institute for History Education (AIHE).  His research focus includes Intelligence and Espionage, Terrorism and Counterterrorism, U.S. National Security Policy, the American Presidency, and Social and Cultural Commentary.  Since 9-11, he has regularly offered commentary on national security, political, intelligence and terror-related issues on media outlets throughout North America and has been a frequent contributor to Fox News Channel, CNN and other international outlets.  In 2011, he was named the first-ever Scholar-in-Residence for the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia, and is a frequent panelist on 6ABC’spopular “Inside Story.”
